Environmental Technology, Inc.'s (EN TECH®'s) greatest asset
is our personnel. This group of professional scientists, geologists, engineers, and
support staff has developed into a dedicated team responding to our clients' needs.
Terry Trendler, President/CEO
Mr. Trendler organized EN TECH® in 1989, in response to an
overwhelming need for quality environmental services for the retail petroleum
industry. Mr. Trendler has over 20 years of petroleum-related experience including
construction and environmental law. He is a former President of the Western
Petroleum Marketer's Association and a former President of the Arizona Petroleum
Marketer's Association. Mr. Trendler currently serves on the Maricopa County
Self-Insured Trust as an environmental specialist member of the Board of Trustees.
He was appointed by the Speaker of the Arizona House of Representatives to serve as an
environmental consultant's representative of the Underground Storage Tank (UST) Advisory
Committee on prioritizing corrective actions for USTs and coverage under the State
Assurance Fund (SAF). Mr. Trendler is a registered Arizona lobbyist pursuing the
interests of petroleum marketers and the environmental consulting community.

John P. Kennedy, Vice President/General Manager
Mr. Kennedy joined EN TECH® in 1990 and has been a staunch
supporter of technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and quality product from his
initial days with the company. Mr. Kennedy originally served as EN TECH®'s
Technical Marketing Manager and has developed an extensive and diverse client base.
Mr. Kennedy received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Resources Management
from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Kennedy has been working in environmental
services since 1982, with direct UST LUST project experience since 1986. He is an
active associate member of the Arizona State Bar, Natural Resources and Environmental
section; a member of the Board of the Arizona Petroleum Marketers Association, and is a
registered Arizona lobbyist serving on the Arizona Legislative UST Advisory
Committee. Mr. Kennedy also served on a variety of task force and stakeholder groups
working with the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ).

William Vittal, P.E., Senior Project Manager
Mr. Vittal joined EN TECH® in 1995. Mr. Vittal's
engineering expertise has contributed to EN TECH®'s success in
feasibility testing and remedial actions. Mr. Vittal has work experience with LUST
projects since 1991 and experience with managing tank closures, LUST site
characterizations, and corrective actions since 1994. Mr. Vittal has successfully
managed a variety of environmental projects including site characterization, remedial
feasibility and design, remedial construction, and systems operations and
maintenance. Mr. Vittal received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Bioengineering
from Arizona State University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Arizona,
maintains his OSHA hazardous materials training, and is a certified consultant with the
State of Utah. While employed at Kleinfelder, Mr. Vittal was recognized as the
recipient of Kleinfelder's Engineering Design Excellence Award for biosparging systems.

Carney Miller, A.E.P., Senior Project Manager
Mr. Miller joined the EN TECH® team in 1995 and has been
particularly instrumental in providing high quality investigative designs and addressing
complex assessment projects. He manages many of EN TECH®'s
site characterization and remedial projects and provides effective regulatory liaison
services for our clients. Mr. Miller has been working in the environmental industry
since 1990, and has a diverse background in site investigations, remediation, hazardous
waste handling and disposal, compliance auditing, permitting, and expert testimony.
Mr. Miller was key in achieving a "first-of-a-kind" bilateral agreement between
the ADEQ Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund (WQARF) Remedial Program Unit, Air Quality
Section, and UST Program to allow for successful coordination of assessment and
remediation of a co-mingled WQARF and UST site. Mr. Miller is a registered Associate
Environmental Professional. Mr. Miller is actively involved in RCRA and SARA
compliance. He is also a Certified Infrastructure Preparedness Specialist.

Roy Kiser, R.G., Senior Technical Staff Advisor
Mr. Kiser is a Registered Geologist in Arizona and California. Mr. Kiser is also a
C.E.G. in California and has maintained his OSHA hazardous waste training. Mr. Kiser
has been affiliated with EN TECH® since 1993. He provides
the EN TECH® team with quality assurance reviews and guidance
on difficult problem-solving projects. Mr. Kiser received his Bachelor of Science
Degree in Geology from California State University. His experience is extensive in
Phase I assessments, initial and full site investigation activities and remediations from
the UST, RCRA, and superfund-type projects.

Tricia Smith, E.I.T., Staff Engineer and Fund Coordinator
Ms. Smith received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of
New Hampshire. She joined the EN TECH® team in
2000. Ms. Smith has been involved in many field activities including supervision of
UST pulls/removals and drilling activities, groundwater monitoring and sampling, and soil
sampling. She is a registered Engineer in Training in Arizona. Ms. Smith has
also completed the Phase I Site Assessment & Transaction Screen Assessment Modules for
Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) for Commercial Real Estate course and has attended
and completed training workshops on both Annual Emissions and Toxic Release Inventories.
Since September 2002, she is responsible for the management of UST Cleanup Fund
(Fund) activities for Arizona, California, and Utah. These responsibilities
encompass everything from the organization, preparation, and submittal of applications to
tracking funds to appealing denied costs. She serves as a representative and liaison on
behalf of EN TECH®s clients when appealing (both formally
and informally) denials and justifying project costs to the Fund. She is responsible
for handling all Fund activities in such a manner as to maximize efficiency, cost
effectiveness, and monies recovered.
